and worldwide with our contract partner DHL


SHIPPING TIME GERMANY

The dispatch of the goods takes place after receipt of payment within 2 working days.

The follow delivery time within Germany is generally 1-2 working days.
 

SHIPPING COSTS GERMANY
We charge the shipping and postage costs with a flat rate of 6.99 euros Regardless of weight and number of items.

The extra costs are accepted by starbase8.de

In the case of subsequent dispatches (only within Germany with DHL)
A COD fee of 8,99 Euro will be charged in addition to the postage flat rate.

If partial deliveries are desired, additional port charges are incurred at the same height.

SHIPPING TIME EU EXTERNAL
The dispatch of the goods takes place after receipt of payment within 2 working days.

Delivery times can vary. Usually 2 - 5 business days

For the following countries:
Österreich, Schweiz, Belgien, Niederlande, Schweden, Luxemburg, Spanien, Dänemark, Irland, Italien, Portugal, Finnland a.o.


SHIPPING COSTS EU UNION
We charge the shipping and postage costs with a flat rate of 19.99 euros Regardless of weight and number of items.
If partial deliveries are desired, additional port charges are incurred at the same height.

In the case of a delivery to a country outside the European Community such as Switzerland,
there may be additional costs in the form of import turnover tax.
These may be invoiced to the buyer by the respective authority (customs).


SHIPPING INFO NON EU

We charge the shipping and postage costs with a flat rate of 29.99 euros Regardless of weight and number of items.

In the case of a delivery to a country outside the European Community such as CHE, GBR, LIE,
there may be additional costs in the form of import turnover tax.
These can be invoiced to the buyer by the respective authority (customs)
 

SHIPPING INFORMATION USA

We charge the shipping and postage costs with a flat rate of 69.99 euros Regardless of weight and number of items.

Overseas shipments may incur additional costs in the form of import VAT. These may be subsequently invoiced to the buyer by the relevant authority (customs).

TAX FREE - VAT is deducted at the end of the order process and is not part of the invoice.
This applies exclusively to our customers to NON-EU COUNTRIES.


RETURNS
We would like to ask you for a smooth procedure for returns,
please contact us by phone or e-mail.
For example, Complaints, you receive from us a prepaid DHL package label, which you can use for a free return delivery.

Please do not send us non-free broadcasts.
